Apple was cleared in a patent case brought on by Google’s Motorola unit. Apple was accused of using Motorola patents in the iPhone. The U.S. International Trade Commission found that Apple hadn’t violated the patents in April 2013. The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit upheld that decision.
