Green Lantern: Rise of the Manhunters is being developed by Griptonite Games and published by Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment for the Wii, Nintendo 3DS, and original DS. Although the game employs the likeness and voice talent of Ryan Reynolds, the story doesn’t follow that of the upcoming movie adaptation. Some of the origin story elements may be present, but the game’s story centers around the Green Lantern Corps and Hal Jordan taking on the race of androids known as the Manhunters.
Movie tie-in video games have a long history of being rushed, cheap, and not that good. Now there have been fgmes in this catagory, like Batman: Arkham Asylum and The Incredible Hulk: Ultimate Destruction.
