Quark has announced an extension to its upgrade promotion that allows QuarkXPress version 3 through 8 users to upgrade to QuarkXPress 9.5 for $349. Customers now have until June 30 to take advantage of the $500 discount, which otherwise is only offered to QuarkXPress 8 users.
Features of v9 include a number of processes that can automatically style content based on styling rules, a cloning tool for duplication design elements, and access to App Studio for creating HTML5-based apps for the iPhone, iPad, Kindle Fire, and Android devices.
