Adam Levine is strengthening his ties with the Peacock network in a first-look development deal. “The Voice” coach and his producing partner Jordan Feldstein have inked an exclusive one-year deal with NBC Entertainment. Feldstein tops Career Artist Management and has managed Levine’s band, Maroon 5, since their inception over a decade ago.
The agreement calls for Levine and Feldstein to develop both scripted and unscripted programming for the broadcast network.
“It would be impossible to quantify Adam’s influence and importance to the success of ‘The Voice,’” said Paul Telegdy, head of NBC’s alternative division. “Given those enormous contributions, we’re very anxious to work with him and Jordan to see what future shows they develop that can find a home here at NBC.”
Levine has yet to try his hand in the development space, but has explored acting in the most recent season of “American Horror Story” on FX.
