Giana Sisters: Twisted Dreams has been available on PC for almost a full year now, and may soon hit the Wii U. The developer said its retro platformer was recently submitted to Nintendo, and if the game gets the final approval soon it could launch on the eShop sometime in August.
Giana Sisters: Twisted Dreams, a follow-up to Time Warp Productions’ 1987 platformer The Great Giana Sisters, was the second game to be approved through Steam Greenlight and launched for Windows PC in October. The game hit Xbox Live Arcade in March and PlayStation Network in June.
Currently Black Forest Games is working on Ravensdale, a cooperative game built around the idea of blending “over-the-top nutso ‘technology’ into a classic medieval fantasy.” A Kickstarter campaign for the project launched earlier this month. It’s currently $33k into its $500k goal with 25 days to go.
