Braven has launched a new rugged portable wireless speaker that has been designed to withstand outdoor use.
The Braven 855s comes encased in a shock-absorbing, water-resistant exterior and uses a combination of aluminum cone drivers to deliver sound. Features include the ability to charge almost any USB device, Bluetooth 3.0 connectivity, and a built-in microphone for making hands free phone calls. Support is also included for wirelessly pairing two 855s together for true stereo playback.
The Braven 855s can be purchased online for $300.
