Microsoft has confirmed that its Xbox One console will support self-publishing for developers. The system will also double as a development kit.
“Our vision is that every person can be a creator. That every Xbox One can be used for development,” Microsoft’s Marc Whitten told Engadget.
Microsoft previously stated it would not support the model.
