Yahoo has brought out its 2013 version of its Fantasy Sports app ( for iOS just in time for the upcoming NFL season, and now offers mobile drafting — allowing users to pick players and participate in live chats on the mobile app.
The changes also include a refreshed design and the usual performance and stability enhancements. There is also a “mock draft” feature to allow picked “players” to practice before the season begins.
The company says it will eventually fold the currently-separate basketball, baseball and hockey fantasy apps into this one.
