CBS’ The Big Bang Theory will thrust its fandom into hyperspace when not one but two Star Wars vets appear on television’s highest rated and most watched comedy, TVLine reports.
Big Bang executive producers Bill Prady and Steve Molaro said on the Golden Globes red carpet that both James Earl Jones (aka the voice of Darth Vader) and Carrie “Princess Leia” Fisher will guest-star as themselves in an upcoming episode, crossing paths with Sheldon.
Jones’ previous TV credits include appearances on House, Two and a Half Men (as himself) and Everwood, while Fisher’s include Entourage, 30 Rock and Weeds. She also voices Pawtucket Brewery employee Angela on Family Guy.
