The Mindy Project is adding another familiar face: Tim Daly has signed on to guest-star on Mindy Kaling’s comedy. The news was confirmed by Fox and on Twitter by the former Private Practice star, whose credits include Wings and The Sopranos.
It is unknown at this time what role he plays and how he crosses paths with Mindy and her fellow doctors.
New Girl‘s Max Greenfield and Breaking Bad‘s Anna Gunn also will appear on the show this spring. New episodes of The Mindy Project begin airing on April 1.
