Article saving and sharing tool Instapaper has been updated, offering a new Kindle functionality, an integrated web discovery feature and more. Instapaper allows users to save most web pages as text only, removing the web layout and ads and optimizing it for iOS device screens. Able to store up to 500 articles, users can store unlimited articles on the Instapaper website.
Instapaper v5.1.5 allows subscribed users to send saved articles to their Kindle e-reader. Additionally, the integration of the previously web-only feature Instapaper Daily is now included as an app component, providing a culmination of most-read articles on Instapaper. AirPlay streaming is now supported, and automatically-renewable subscriptions can now be selected.
Instapaper is priced at $4, with subscription options starting at $3 for three months.
