The Evil Within is staying reclusive until October, after Bethesda announced new release dates for the Shinji Mikami game. Originally due to launch in late August, the asylum horror is now coming to North America on October 21, Australia on October 23, and Europe on October 24.
A Bethesda statement reads, “Shinji Mikami and his team at Tango Gameworks have asked for additional time to further balance and refine the game in order to deliver the polished, terrifying pure survival horror experience they set out to create.”
