The BMW Super Bowl 2015 Ad will feature the BMW i3 electric car. The 60 second spot will mark the return of BMW to the Super Bowl Ad line-up . BMW has been absent from the Super Bowl ad line-up the past 4 years. In 2011 the German luxury car maker came back from a 10 year break. The 2011 BMW Super Bowl ad featured the BMW Advanced Diesel. A second spot featured the BMW X3.
This news come just Volkswagen will head to the bench for this year’s big game other German car maker steps in. Besides BMW also Mercedes-Benz is returning to the Super Bowl. Many think Audi will return this year too.
The 60-second BMW Super Bowl 2015 Ad has been created by KBS (kirshenbaum bond senecal + partners). The decision to feature the all-electric BMW i3 shows that BMW tries to foster its green image. The German car maker will try to win ground against Tesla Motors.

The BMW i3 is the first of the BMW i vehicles constructed from the ground up primarily of carbon fiber. Currently available in the U.S., the BMW i3 has a starting MSRP of $43,350 (Including $950 Destination and Handling), and the range-extender model has a starting MSRP of $47,200 (Including $950 Destination and Handling).
