In most of the US we now we will need to set iour clocks forward an hour next month, but now it may also be time to order an Apple Watch. The Cupertino company today sent out media invites to an event on March 9, with the words “Spring Forward” in it.
This is far from a hidden message in this invite. It is time for the Apple Watch to be go on sale to the public. First announced last year at the iPhone 6 event, the Apple Watch has since been given an April ship date.
We are very sure Apple willl provide more details on Apple Watch models and pricing for the different versions. Right now we only know the $350 price for the base model, which is more expensive than most of the Android Wear devices.
We also know Apple Watch will will have a full-color Retina display, heart rate monitor and Apple Pay support. But might there me just “one more thing” to add to the list?
Apple will also show off some of the first apps for its watch at the March 9 event, which will be key to getting shoppers excited about this device.
