During the DONTNOD’s developer session at this year’s EGX Rezzed, they announced that Life Is Strange Episode 2 will be available next week, on March 24th. Not much is known about what will happen in this episode of the five-part episodic series, but a preview of it was shown at the conclusion of Life Is Strange Episode 1 which was released on the PS4 at the end of January.
With the release date so close, DONTNOD is about a week late delivering their promise of releasing each episode six weeks apart. If they’re still going forward with that promise, then that would put the release of the third episode sometime in the beginning of May.
Life Is Strange is a five-part episode mystery thriller set in the town of Arcadia Bay. Like TellTale Games’ various series, Life Is Strange puts players in tight positions where they have to make choices that will have an impact on future episodes. The game stars Max, a high schooler who returns to Arcadia Bay to find the town in disarray as a girl goes missing. Along the way, you’ll discover rediscover old friendships and find out a bit more about yourself.
