The Swindle looks set to be the next Curve Digital-published release heading to the Wii U eShop. Developed by Size Five games, it’s a “platforming, action and stealth game set in a Victorian Steampunk world” with procedurally generated levels.
It’s not far from release, too, though unfortunately the Wii U hasn’t quite got a formal date – it’s been confirmed for Sony systems on July 28th, Xbox One on July 31st and Wii U “shortly after”. Hopefully that means August or early September.
It’s perhaps worth keeping an eye on, however – we had a lot of fun with its quirky brand of anarchy when we went hands on with it earlier this year, and also had a chat with its creator Dan Marshall.
