Right after he returns from his crossover with Supergirl on Monday, The Flash will be taking a trip back to the past in an all-new episode of his self-titled series. Now The CW has released the first batch of photos from next week’s episode which you can see below!
Titled “Flash Back” the episode is officially described as follows:
“After the shocking revelation that Zoom is Jay Garrick, Barryis more determined than ever to get back to Earth-2 to stop Zoom forever. Desperate to find a way to increase his speed, Barry decides to travel back in time and masquerade as his earlier self in order to get his arch-nemesis, Dr. Harrison Wells/Eobard Thawne, to teach him how to run faster. However, things don’t go as planned and Barry is stunned to face familiar foe Hartley Rathaway (guest star Andy Mientus), as well as old friend Eddie Thawne (guest star Rick Cosnett). Iris makes peace with her past in order to embrace her future.”
The Flash stars Grant Gustin as Barry Allen/The Flash, Candice Patton as Iris West, Danielle Panabaker as Caitlin Snow, Carlos Valdes as Cisco Ramo, Tom Cavanagh as Dr. Harrison Wells and Jesse L. Martin as Detective Joe West. This season also sees the addition of newcomers Teddy Sears as Jay Garrick, Keiynan Lonsdale as Wally West and Candyman himself Tony Todd as the voice of the new “big bad,” Zoom.
“Flash Back” will air Tuesday, March 29 at 8 PM EST on The CW.
