Patriot has announced the Hellfire 480GB M.2 PCIe NVMe drive. The drive uses Phison’s PS5007-E7 controller and 15nm MLC NAND from Toshiba, components familiar to anyone who spends a lot of time looking inside of SSDs and which can give a good estimate of the speeds to expect.
