On the eve of the Cannes Film Festival, it was announced that Breakthrough Entertainment’s new collaboration with Blue Fox Entertainment will feature the distribution and co-production of several feature films including the pre-sales for action thriller film, Grady.
Synopsis
The film is a hard-hitting yet heart felt story of a legendary hit man with the unique power to feel no pain. He comes back out of hiding when his family becomes hunted by another hit man that is just like him, only more deadly.
Ron Perlman (Sons of Anarchy, Hellboy, Hand of God) is attached to the project with production is slated to shoot later this year. D.C. Hamilton will helm the film.
“Since forging this relationship, further collaboration with Blue Fox Entertainment provides an opportunity for both studios to complement each other and grow in terms of the production, sales and distribution of premium titles,” said Nat Abraham, Partner, President, Distribution of Breakthrough Entertainment.

They have made for a terrific partner on several of our titles, many which are set for theatrical release later this year, said Todd Slater and James Huntsman of Blue Fox Entertainment in a joint statement.
The initial pact with Blue Fox Entertainment was secured just prior to EFM in February 2017, and will feature four other new films, including: Shortwave , The Truth About Lies (starring Cabin in the Woods‘ Fran Kranz), Heartland (starring Laura Spencer from Big Bang Theory and Beth Grant from Little Miss Sunshine), plus the festival horror film Child Eater.
