Daniel Dae Kim, who plays Chin Ho Kelly, and Grace Park, who play Kono Kalakaua in the reboot of Hawaii Five-O, have left the show before the start of Season 8, per a report by TVLine. Fans will learn the fates of the characters in the first episode of the new season, which premieres Friday, September 29 at 9/8c.
Kim and Park have been cast members since the show originally aired in 2010. Hawaii Five-O is currently casting the role of Tani, a lifeguard who was a top candidate for the Police Academy, but was kicked out.
