Terminator 2: Judgement Day 3D post conversion supervised by director James Cameron himself is hading to heading exclusively AMC theaters on August 25 The AMC chain has the film exclusively for the first week.
Now there is a new trailer with Cameron talking about the post conversion!
When released, T2 was the most expensive movie ever made at $102 million and lead the CGI future of film with the liquid metal T-1000. The film grossed nearly $520 million dollars at the worldwide box office and won four technical Oscars.
Cameron is slated to revive the franchise in some capacity in 2019 with Deadpool director Tim Miller and David Ellison of Skydance. The creator of the franchise, Cameron will act as a “godfather” to the new film though it remains to be seen if it will be another reboot or a continuation of any of the previous films.
