NBC Entertainment chairman Bob Greenblatt during the TCAs says there are four shows they have offered open invitations to their creators about bringing them back if they’re interested and want to do it, even if only for a limited event series run.
In all four cases, the creators offer a variation on the line “maybe some day” and so there’s no progress on any of them. And the four are The Office, 30 Rock, The West Wing and ER.
Greenblatt confirms the only revivals which are currently in development at this this are Will & Grace and Miami Vice.
Will & Grace is slated to debut this Fall with Vice sometime in 2018.
