Samsung has announced the availability of its MX-series of professional LCD displays for the custom installation market. The MX-series delivers value and performance for challenging locations and settings. The MX-series of displays are ready to accept signals from set-top boxes or satellite tuners used for HDTV viewing, making this line of LCD displays perfect for home or enterprise installations that require robust performance and cost-effective solutions.

The Samsung MX-series features include

- 700cd/m(2) of brightness
- 3000:1 high dynamic contrast ratio
- 8ms response time
- Built-in fan and speakers
- VGA and DVI PC inputs, CVBS and HDMI video inputs
The MX-series large format displays are backed by a three-year limited warranty on labor and parts, including the backlight, as well as toll-free technical support for the life of the display and will be available in September through Samsung resellers and distribution channels.
