Instagram today added several new creative options for users that should expand what they’re able to do with the app.
First, a tool called Superzoom is here to add some drama to videos. Tapping Superzoom with cause the video to automatically zoom in with suspenseful music. Instagram says Superzoom works with either the main or selfie cameras, and results can be sent privately or added to users’ stories.
Next, Instagram is offering, for a limited time, new Halloween-themed face filters and stickers. The face filters allow people to turn themselves into zombies, vampires, and more, while the stickers can be added for holiday fun.
The face filters and stickers will be available through November 1. Superzoom is here to stay. The new tools are available in the latest version of Instagram for Android and iOS.
