New Line Cinema has premiered the second trailer for Rampage featuring Dwayne Johnson as a primatologist who must save the world from animals mutated into giant aggressive versions of themselves by a rogue genetic experiment.
As these newly created monsters tear across North America, destroying everything in their path, the race is on to secure an antidote to halt a global catastrophe and to save the giant ape who was once his friend.
Based on the 1986 video game, Naomie Harris, Joe Manganiello, Malin Akerman and Jeffrey Dean Morgan also star in Rampage which opens in cinemas on April 20th.
