Titan Quest is an action game along the lines of Diablo III. From Age of Empires creator Brian Sullivan and Braveheart writer Randall Wallace comes an innovative action-role playing game (ARPG) set in ancient Asia, Egypt and Greece. The mythical Titans have escaped their eternal prison, wreaking havoc upon the Earth. The gods seek a hero who can turn the tide in an epic struggle that will determine the fate of both men and gods.
In this epic quest of good versus evil, players will encounter the greatest villains of Greek mythology, brave the attacks of Cerberus, and hazard the banks of the River Styx. Players will interpret the prophecies of the blind seer Tiresias, fight alongside Agamemnon and Achilles, and use the wiles of Odysseus to conquer this dark new adventure.
While PC players have been enjoying an updated “Anniversary Edition” for a few years now, console gamers were left out. Luckily, that’s about to change because THQ Nordic announced that Titan Quest is coming to Xbox One and PlayStation 4 on March 20, 2018. A Nintendo Switch version is also planned for this year.
The standard version of Titan Quest will cost $29.99, but a Collector’s Edition which contains a replica helmet and other items will run you $119.99.
