Six months out from the film’s release, Blumhouse Productions and Universal Pictures have revealed the first poster for the new Halloween.
Jamie Lee Curtis reprises her iconic role of Laurie Strode, who comes to her final confrontation with Michael Myers who has haunted her since she narrowly escaped his killing spree on Halloween night four decades ago.
The film will ignore all the events of the previous sequels, serving as a direct follow-up to the 1978 original. Judy Greer plays Karen Strode, her daughter, and Andi Matichak is Laurie’s granddaughter Allyson.
John Carpenter will executive produce and serve as creative consultant on the film which opens October 19th.
