iOS 13 beta 3 is now available for registered developers. An update for iPadOS is also available. If you’ve registered with Apple as a dev, you can download the update over the air by going into Settings > General > Software Update on your iOS device, or you can point your computer’s browser to the Apple Developer Center and download the update that way.
Apple has not yet releases a new iOS 13 public beta update, but one should follow soon.
Apple today also released watchOS 6 beta 3 to developers. The update to watchOS 6 will launch this fall and includes a dedicated App Store and independent app support, which removes the requirement of an iPhone to install apps onto your Apple watch.Watch.
