Oscar-winning JFK and Platoon filmmaker Oliver Stone, who last film was Snowden has a new project coming our way. Sadly, it is not a movie, but an untitled memoir focusing on his early years , even his time serving in Vietnam.
The book will be a warts and all look at his early years. For those not in the know, Stone has a history of drugs and alcohol issues and has been married three times, says in a statement he is reassessing his life and decided that all memories are to be cherished “pleasant or not.”
Houghton Mifflin Harcourt has acquired the rights and plans to release it Fall 2020
