New Line Cinema’s IT: Chapter Two has been given an R-rating by the MPAA, the rating handed out for “disturbing violent content and bloody images throughout, pervasive language, and some crude sexual material.”
That’s a harder rating than the previous film while did earn an R-rating but for the less intense “violence/horror, bloody images, and for language”.
IT: Chapter Two comes to theaters on September 6th
