White models of Apple’s new iPhone 4 have continued to be more challenging to manufacture than we originally expected, and as a result they will not be available until later this year. The availability of the more popular iPhone 4 black models is not affected.
Ok Apple, it was just one week ago when you confirmed that the white iPhone was on track to ship by the end of July. The old saying goes that you should stop wearing white after Labor Day. So shouldn’t Apple ship white iPhone before then? After all, the original iPhone 4 launch was in June.
