Sony should unveil its first 5G phone(s) at the MWC in late February. The rumors are still shifting, so it will likely be called Xperia something.
The rumor will has it packing a 4K HDR screen and a Snapdragon 865 chipset with X55 5G modem. The camera department on the back will be upgraded to a quad setup with the addition of a ToF sensor.
The main camera sensor is expected to go up to at least 48MP (or even 64MP) with 12MP sensors for the telephoto and ultrawide cameras.
The second premium model expected at the MWC is the Sony Xperia 5 Plus. This will be a more compact handset. It is also expected to boast Snapdragon 865 power and a 5G modem.
