Apple has released Mac OS X 10.6.5, a long-in-development update for Snow Leopard. The patch fixes a number of problems in the operating system, mainly issues with Exchange servers, image processing in iPhoto and Aperture, and the stability and performance of 3D graphics. Some other areas addressed include dragging contacts from Address Book to iCal, and a glitch that prevented the Dock from hiding after dragging an item out of a stack.
Fixed printing problems include delays between jobs, and one involving HP printers connected to AirPort Extremes. A complete list of corrections can be found on Apple’s website
