Sony Online Entertainment has again teamed with TransGaming to bring Star Wars: Clone Wars Adventures to the Mac. The family-friendly, free-to-play MMORPG game is currently celebrating the holiday season in Star Wars fashion, the Orto Plutonia for Life Day, with special items available for sale in the Marketplace.
The game bases its content not just on the Star Wars: The Clone Wars animated TV show, but adds new content based on new episodes as they appear. Players battle alongside Star Wars characters like Obi-Wan Kenobi and Anakin Skywalker. The program also offers mini-games, events, meet-ups, competitions and more. Players can opt to extend their membership to the $6 per month Jedi level, and purchase Star Wars Universe items.
Star Wars: Clone Wars Adventures is rated E10+ for everyone 10 and up. The game features parental controls and special storylines for younger players.
