Cricket Communications and Samsung have announced that the Samsung JetSet (SCH-r550) is available to Cricket Communications customers. The Samsung JetSet is an AWS-compatible handset. The Samsung JetSet boasts several high-profile features, such as a 2.0 megapixel camera and camcorder, stereo Bluetooth capabilities and a MP3 player with expandable memory support (microSD) of up to 16GB.

The Samsung JetSet’s 2.0 megapixel camera not only takes stills, but it also functions as a camcorder for video capture and playback. User can share their videos via MMS messaging. The handset also features stereo Bluetooth 2.0 and Mobile Web. The Samsung JetSet fits all of these features into a sleek clamshell design.
The Samsung JetSet is immediately available at Cricket retail stores and dealers for $199.99.
