Shuttle has released two Mini-PCs barebone systems that use Intel’s new Sandy Bridge CPUs. The XPC Barebone SH67H3 and SH67H7 are small form factor PCs, able to house two 3.5-inch drives and one 5.35-inch drives. There are four DIMM slots that can support a maximum of 16GB of RAM.
Connections include four USB 2.0 ports, four USB 3.0 slots and two eSATA/USB combos, along with a gigabit Ethernet connection. One HDMI and one DVI-I output are present on the rear of each as well, as is an optical out for audio. A 300W power supply is preloaded and the cases are made of aluminum. The main difference between the two is the hidden connections and ports of the H7, which are placed behind drive doors. The mainboard in either has two 6Gbps SATA and two 3Gbps SATA connectors.
The PCs ship at the end of March in Europe, with the XPC Barebone SH67H3 priced at the equivalent of $323, while the XPC Barebone SH67H7 will cost slightly more, $339.
