Samsung announced on Thursday that its Samsung Apps mobile and TV application store has seen 100 million downloads since the service launched in June. This milestone was reached in 10 months, and the store now offers more than 13,000 apps for the company’s hardware offerings. I
Samsung Apps are available in 120 countries, with the majority of the apps coming from France. Germany and Spain are second and third, respectively, and the three countries put together account for a hugh 40 percent of all app downloads from the store.
The Samsung Wave, launched last summer, was the first device to support Samsung Apps.
