While cached images on CallofDuty.com’s Modern Warfare 3 site hint that the game could be destined for Nintendo platforms, developer Infinity Ward is currently dodging questions on the subject.
Asked whether Modern Warfare 3 is to release on Wii, Infinity Ward creative strategist Robert Bowling said on Twitter: “The confirmed platforms available for current pre-order is Xbox 360, PS3, and PC.”
While not a flat-out ‘no’, it does prove the PC, PS3 and 360 versions are clearly the studio’s priority.
