While there’s no sign yet of the GL30 Polaroid camera introduced by Lady Gaga at CES, the GL10 printer is actually nearing a shipping date. This little printer produces 3×4″ prints in about 45 seconds using second-generation ZINK (zero ink) technology for resistance to smudges. Users can queue pictures using a USB connection or Bluetooth, while the internal battery is claimed to last for 35 prints.
The GL10 has arrived at Bloomingdale’s flagship store in New York City, while pre-orders can be placed at Polaroid.com. HSN.com will begin taking pre-orders on May 27, before the print arrives in retail locations beginning June 20.
It costs $169 and the website says it should ship in June.
