We got some great this morning from ToT friend and movie director, Hanelle Culpepper. Her latest movie, ‘Deadly Sibling Rivalry’, will premiere tonight, August 15th, at 9 PM on Lifetime. It will also play again on Saturday August 20th at 9PM. This is her second film for Lifetime, her first was ‘Within‘ (link to audio interview with Hanelle).
It’s a popcorn, fun thriller which stars Charisma Carpenter (Buffy, Angel) playing good/evil twins and Kyle Richards (Real House Housewives of Beverly Hills).
Plot
Ever since they were little, identical twin sisters Janna and Callie have been fierce rivals. Each trying to outshine the other and spewing bad blood in the process. One fateful evening driving back from a family gathering, the girls have an argument, which leads to the car spinning off the road. Janna is incapacitated and Callie makes the decision to suffocate her sister putting her sister into a comatose state. After the accident, Callie starts to assume Janna’s identity. While no one is able to tell the difference, Janna’s daughter grows suspicious.
