Celebrating the 10-year anniversary of the critically acclaimed PlayStation 2 title Final Fantasy X, Square Enix announced they will re-release their mega-hit remastered in HD on the PlayStation 3 and the PS Vita.
For those who have not played Final Fantasy X, the story revolves around a fictional world of Spira. The hero, Tidus, a renowned blitzball player (an underwater rugby/soccer like game), is taken to the world of Spira by an enormous creature named Sin. Tidus must now figure out a way to get back home. The only problem is, when he arrives in Spira, he is told that his homeland of Zanarkand was destroyed 1,000 years ago. With a ragtag group of friends, Tidus must seek out the truth about his arrival at Spira, his mysterious father, and how they are all linked to Sin.
