A movement to make the October 14 iPhone 4S launch that had already begun gained added momentum Wednesday following the loss of Steve Jobs. A web site call Steve Jobs Day went up. The group is asking fans to talk about Jobs on social networks. It called on them to dress like Jobs in tribute, although this may be tempered out of respect for the Apple co-founder’s legacy.
We admire his work. We’ve embraced his vision. And we love
what he’s brought to the world.Let’s take a day to honor the man himself and say thank you.
Everyone around the world is invited to participate — in real
life, Facebook, Twitter and here
You can RSVP on Facebook. There is also a twitter account for the effort, SteveJobsDay
