While Samsung’s Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus was initially expected to arrive on the market on November 13, the seven-inch tablet appears to be shipping ahead of schedule. Amazon currently lists the 16GB variant as an in-stock item for immediate availability, however the 32GB edition is still unavailable and lacks an estimated ship date.
The tablet takes advantage of a 1.2GHz dual-core processor that is faster than the single-core chip in the first-generation model. The company pairs Google’s tablet-optimized Android 3.2 OS with its own TouchWiz interface overlay.
The 16GB Tab 7.0 Plus sells for $400, while the 32GB variant is expected to arrive early next year for $500.
