Pre-order demand for Halo: Combat Evolved Anniversary for the Xbox 360 ranked in the top three sales at Wal-Mart Stores Inc.’s online division due to strong demand.

This week, Halo: Combat Evolved Anniversary ranked as the No. 2 best-selling pre-order product at Walmart.com.

Customers who pre-order the title will receive a $10 Bonus, the Master Chief Avatar Armor to outfit an Xbox Live Avatar with the MJOLNIR Armor, and the Grunt Funeral Skull to activate a Grunt’s methane tank to explode like a Plasma Grenade.

Halo: Combat Evolved Anniversary is a remastered high-definition version of the launch title for the original Xbox in 2001.

The title will include full Xbox Live functionality and remastered multiplayer maps.

It carries a pre-sale price of $39.99and will be sold Nov. 15.
