Grip Games announced today it will launch Foosball 2012, the first foosball game for the PlayStation 3 and PlayStation Vita system.
The game will be available as a downloadable game via the PlayStation Store throughout North and South America, Europe and other territories this spring. The first foosball game developed for the Vita and PS3 system will feature connective play between both consoles, delivering both cross play and game continuation features in addition to PlayStation Move motion controller and DUALSHOCK 3 wireless controller support

Foosball 2012 will allow players on one platform to play online against players on the other platform for cross play. Additionally, with game continuation, players can experience the game at home with their PS3T and pick up where they left off anywhere, anytime with their PS Vita!

Foosball 2012 will feature single and multiplayer modes along with Quick Match gameplay where up to four players can play simultaneously in a local match
