After a long wait, Team17 has released the iPhone version of Worms. Players control a cluster of cartoon worms as they try to kill all the other players. The game is turn-based, and sees players use a variety of wihmisy weapons including holy hand grenades and exploding sheep. All this occurs in six different environments with varying terrain.
Single-player includes a set of 50 challenges with unlockable items. Multiplayer matches support up to four people, each of whom is able to distinguish their worms using custom names, voices and grave markers. A iPhone 3.0 OS feature is support for custom music
The game costs $5 and requires iPhone 2.2.1 firmware or newer.
