Cricket on Thursday announced the launch of Muve Music, its unlimited mobile music download service, in the Las Vegas market.
At launch, the $55-per-month service supports the $199 Samsung Suede smartphone, and includes unlimited calling, text messaging, and 3G mobile Web, in addition to unlimited ringtones, ringback tones and full-track downloads.
The service features tracks from all four major record labels and was one the best new products displayed at this year’s CES.
The company said the service will next become available in Washington, D.C.; Baltimore; Charlotte; Chicago; Memphis; Nashville; Knoxville; Phoenix; Tucson; San Diego; Milwaukee; Madison; and Wichita in February, and in additional markets in the spring.
