Xbox Live online service were experiencing issues for fair amount of today, which lead to people not being able to sign-in and access certain games and apps on Xbox One.
Those issues appear the have been resolved now, sans chat. Party chat still looks to have issues. Microsoft says it’s working to address that service’s issues
