Nintendo will have demo Nintendo 3DS game stations set up in conjunction with the tour of Big Time Rush. Concert goers will have a chance to try out Mario Kart 7.
The band, which provided Nintendo with the soundtrack to the Mario Kart 7, will go out on its “Big Time Summer Tour” starting on July 5th. The tour wraps up on August 5th. Nintendo 3DS demo game stations will be available for play at 24 of the band’s tour locations in 16 states across the country including, Ohio, Wisconsin, Missouri, Georgia, Alabama, Texas, Oklahoma, Arizona, Nevada, California, Utah, Indiana, Michigan, Kentucky, Illinois and Pennsylvania.
Fans will also have access to exclusive downloads including Mii characters in the likeness of Big Time Rush band members Kendall, James, Carlos, and Logan.
In a statement to the press, band members commented, “We couldn’t be more excited to take Mario Kart 7 out on the road for our tour this summer… We are all huge Nintendo fans and our new partnership provides a cool way to share the fun of Nintendo 3DS with people all over the country.”
