Following the four posters released last week, FX has debuted another new poster for the upcoming “American Horror Story: Freak Show” (via TVLine).
“American Horror Story: Freak Show” begins its tale in the quiet, sleepy hamlet of Jupiter, Florida. The year is 1952. A troupe of curiosities has just arrived to town, coinciding with the strange emergence of a dark entity that savagely threatens the lives of townsfolk and freaks alike. This is the story of the performers and their desperate journey of survival amidst the dying world of the American carny experience.
Emmy Award-winning actress Jessica Lange returns as Elsa Mars, Academy Award winner Kathy Bates plays Effil Darling, celebrated actress Angela Bassett is Desiree Dupree, Sarah Paulson will do double-duty as Siamese twins Bette and Dot Tattler, Evan Peters plays Jimmy Darling, and Emma Roberts is Maggie.
Ryan Murphy, Brad Falchuk, Dante Di Loreto, Tim Minear, Jennifer Salt, James Wong and Brad Buecker are Executive Producers. “American Horror Story: Freak Show” premieres on October 8.
